Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if the domain name resolution prompt is“Suspended”?

Updated Time:2025-09-24  Views:178

When a domain displays the "Suspended" status, it usually means the domain has been reported for abuse and its resolution has been halted.

Before this action, the relevant department would have sent you a notification email. Please check your inbox for any emails from complaint@EELQ Domain Hub.com. If you wish to request an unsuspend, you need to remove the abusive content from your website and send a screenshot of the rectified content to complaint@EELQ Domain Hub.com. Additionally, please include a written statement in your email confirming that the domain will not be misused again.

As domain abuse cases are handled by the Compliance Department, we are unable to access further details. If you have any questions, please feel free to raise them in your unsuspend request email. Thank you for your understanding!
